Interests
The professional material is only part of the picture. The exploring doesn’t stop when the workday does.
01
Family
The most important one, however deliberately, not a lot on this site.
02
Volunteer Emergency Services
Less a pastime than a commitment: volunteer work in emergency services is community service.
03
Aviation
A long-running fascination with flight. I had the privilege that I got to fly a plane before I could drive a car. The joy of flying has stayed with me.
04
Scuba Diving
Exploring below the surface. Saying it's a deep experience may be an overly obvious and over-the-top, but there you go.
05
Woodworking
Building physical things, not just digital ones is not only joyful, but is grounding in a way digital just isn't. There's this expression "touch grass." Well, I'd change that to wood and sawdust.
